I am not sure what's going on with me as of late, but I suspect I have a plethora of chemical imbalances in my brain right now.

Taking a break didn't work, I think writing stories is the best thing for me.

I wish I could get a handle on my thoughts before I end up in a place I don't want to be in again.

    Maybe you need to get some fresh air. That might help. Have you go to the beach at night. It's quieter and you see lovely moon and listen to the waves.
