s the logo says: 'Laugh through the tears; Smile through the pain.'
This is so true and has been a staple for my life for ages. It has helped me cope and help me continue on even when I thought all was over.
EP has helped to lessen the tears and pain in that now I have an outlet to express all that has been bottled up inside me for so very long.
By having an outlet the stress is less and I can even express myself better with others in my world.
There is still some tears and some pain ... however it is not as lonely and debilitating as before.
So, my prescription is to laugh and smile more!
