People told me all throughout middle school I was ugly. But I go to highschool and all I get told is that I am beautiful. (My appearance didn't change at all. I just moved school districts.)

You probably are its just that the people from the first school were jealous of you for some reason or they were just being mean to you

You are at the age of your peak physical beauty. Many women (and men as well) have NO IDEA how attractive they are at your present age - and only much later in life when they look back at a photograph of themselves do they realize that they really were quite nice looking.
Society of course, practically worships great looks - but you will do yourself a lot of good if you begin to work on developing other aspects of your character, learning skill sets and such. Don't be sucked into that mindset that EVERYTHING is about your looks (implies that little else matters). Those that are obsessively looks-focused can grow up to be very shallow people - simply because they never developed the many other parts of what make us who we are
