But I Want to Find Out

I want to find out who I really am.

I feel disillusioned by trying to please others, that I've lost sight of what I am about, at the core. I know some of my interests and values, but I don't have an overall idea of who I am.

The ideal would be to go on a solitary hermitage journey, to explore who I am in the context of the natural world, but the reality of money and health do not allow it to be a possibility.

I find it hard to keep going through day to day while feeling lost- I want to get away from the everyday nonsense so I can try to discover who I am.

Are you still interested in attending to what you had posted almost 6 years ago? Or have you found "it" already?

I like that, and wouldn't it be nice if there was a society 'opt out'... Like, oh I'm sick of taxes and social norms, I want to go away for awhile.<br />
Sadly, unless yu have the funding, the only way to acheive this currently is by going homeless, and that looks cold.
