Absolutely!

I absolutely hate this, but I don't like hurting people's feelings, because I know that people have lives outside of EP, and don't always have time to log into their accounts to communicate with their circle. That being said, I think I'm going to start a one or two month policy for people I don't know off-line and that is that if in the time they add me, to within one to two months, I expect for them to communicate with me in some way, or I'm going to hit that block button, and they will have no chance to look upon my profile ever again. I think it's rude for them to add me, and never comment on my stories, send me messages, gifts, gestures, or in any way communicate with me, merely to have me on their "friend list," to make their number go higher in that regard. I always leave the ball in their court for them to communicate first, since they added me, but after that time, they need to acknowledge my presence in their group or it's blocking time.
