My Job....

I have some SERIOUS issues with being told what to do. I don't mind being asked if I will do something. But when someone orders me to, like I'm a robot or something...I don't do it. I have been fired from a few jobs because of! And I've quit quite a few jobs out of pure frustration. I don't think I was ever meant to work under anyone. Even my myers briggs says I'm a leader, a supervisor type-estj.  So someone telling me how to run my own show, coupled with the fact that I think most people are kinda moronic to begin with, doesn't fare well....

You have to prove yourself before you can become a leader. You have to earn respect and demonstrate leadership qualities. <br />

Every job comes with instructions, that's just how it is. I hope you will find your place somewhere it suits. Good luck.

In the big scheme of things you will continue to fail if you don't gain tolerance for instructions.
