It's not that I don't like talking on the phone it's just that when I do talk to someone on the phone and I end the call the people around me always ask me "who was that on the phone?" It totaly irritates me, I sometimes want to say thats it's none of their business to even be asking me. But I hate being rude to others so I just say "oh it was a friend or one of my parents". Of course I can only take so much of that untill I finally tell people "Please stop asking me who I was talking to, if it's something that concerns you I will tell you."
Now let me just say this I don't answer my phone right in front of people I excuse myself and enter another room. If I am in a public place I usually just let it go to voicemail. I think people like to ask me who I was talking to because they know I will never answer them in a rude manner and I never look annoyed with them when they do ask me.
As for talking on the phone with others its okay but I would much rather talk to them in person because I want to be able to see their facial expressions and their body language.

OH YES! what's the point in a visit if you can't enjoy their ex<x>pressions? Your correct body language can't be hid in person. I have a need to look into others eyes, like a kiss nothiing can be hid.
