I Don't Like to Sleep Alone

It's Sad, But Sleeping Alone Freaks Me Out

I hate sleeping alone. I have been mildly afraid of the dark and of windows at night my whole life. In fact in college I shared a room with a roomates - not for the sake of saving funds, but because it was my first time away from home and I didn't want to sleep alone! The few times my husband has had to travel on business I have had to leave the TV on for comfort.

    I know how you feel. I just bought my own house and i am also afraid of the dark. I have to sleep with the kitchen light on at the end of my hall way

    I have the TV on at night because the noise comforts me and if it too quiet I cannot sleep. I usually hold on to my root when I sleep.

    Ditto. I have the living room lights on and have the TV on. I hate looking into mirrors in the dark!!!

    I go to sleep with my iPod playing softly, you're not alone :]

    I wish I had roommates this past summer. I lived in a single dormroom for two months and hated not having someone there.



    It's not sad to be freaked out by sleeping alone I think. There are a lot of things out there worse than a fear of the dark or windows :]

    I listen to the radio or sleep out in the living room with a movie playing.
