Shallow Sleep Is Annoying

Isn't it great to just fall deeply asleep and wake up not knowing where you are, relieved, re-energized, happy to have the strength and focus to live a good life?

Well, it's becoming more and more difficult for me. My sleep is rarely deep, I could sleep for 7 or 8 hours but I wake feeling dizzy, slow and tired. I manage to start working and be productive but I would love to get more rest. I'm avoiding energy drinks in the evening, taking light meals, not drinking too much liquid and even walking a bit. I do not take work to bed, do not read in it. But all this has not helped. It seems that I move one of my legs while sleeping, it's like a nervous tremor. I dont have nightmares. It's just that my sleep is shallow, never deep. I have not been to the doctor and maybe I should try it.

I would suggest going to the doctor to at least rule out sleep apnea.

I should excercise more Blackjane and the idea of swimming sounds great. I have a deep connection to water, it relaxes me so much.

Perhaps you should try a little bit of yoga or meditation? or perhaps a great long exercise to drain you up for the night's fresh dose of snooze. I usually sleep well after a long swim.

I have also tried to change some things but I still don't sleep well either.
