Since I was very young I've had trouble sleeping. It would always take me around three hours to get to sleep each night. Now I end up staying awake until very late at night(technically, early in the morning..) because I can't sleep, or I just don't go to sleep at all.

Have you tried cognitive behaviour therapy for insomnia (CBTI). Research shows it actually works, perhaps you can speak to your healthcare provider about it. I am sorry to hear about your experience, it is awful to live with it!

I have the same problem. It is very draining.<br />
I just try to spend the time doing something I enjoy like reading etc. so my mind doesn't go into overdrive thinking about nothing.
