I Dont Use Ep Suggestions To Make A Friend

I don't know if I would use it even if it did work but I don't see EP suggestions; the header is there but there are never any suggestions other than to buy certain books from Amazon or to visit certain sites. I didn't even know it was there for helping us make friends until someone that added me mentioned in their message that they found me on suggestion of EP. I normally do not add people first anymore. I read and comment on stories here and have a good time with my existing friends. I figure if someone wants to get to know me they can add me and I almost always add them back but I don't use those tools for friends.

Honestly I've only seen a couple of methods that make sense on EP, 1) The FG method, add everybody and block if someone turns out to be an *** hat. I like this because it reminds me of the saying "Kill them all and let God sort the good from the bad". And yes, FG, is God in this scenario. Don't let it go to your head FG! ;) 2) Only add people you "meet" in some group that you find interesting. 3) Just saw this one the other day. "I won't add you if you're profile was created after ". I kinda like that one. Most of the idiots that join just to harass women will lose interest quickly, and if they're psycho's someone else will have taken the brunt of their abuse if you wait long enough.

Things I've seen that are just ignorant: 1) "I won't add men". lol. Okay, I'll just create a female profile! This isn't facebook FFS! You can create as many profiles as you want of any sex and age. 2) "Don't fan me or else". lol. I'll fan whoever I want thank you very much. Feel free to ignore my fan requests or even block me if you're so inclined, but you can't tell me not to fan you. Complain to EP about being able to turn off notifications if you don't like the PMs.

Wow, I am SO procrastinating! The topic didn't really call for that diatribe did it? lol.

I'm supposed to be writing a technical paper and I hate writing! Please FG, help me! ;)

Now i do add some people based on a friend saying hey you should be friends with this or that person.

I've never used it either...I approach it a lot like you do. But I have gotten pickier about who I add. I LOVE it when one of my existing buddies tells me about another AWESOME person. That ROCKS! But I mostly just read what a person has to say and that lets me see if we have anything in common.
