I Don't Watch Soap Opera's

But Not Because I Look Down On Them

I don't watch soap operas anymore because they bore me.  I used to like them, and to an extent, I wish I could still get "into" the story lines. Unfortunately, I think I've grown out of them. 

Oh, by the by: the title of this group is misspelled.  There should be no apostrophe in "Operas."  :)

    I love soaps! I live in England and love our soaps, I also love the Australian soap Home and Away. However, I have not seen an American soap that I like, the acting all seems to be over the top, people shouting and dashing about, sorry but that is how I feel. Whilst our soaps can sometimes get a bit boring wirth over long story lines for instance, they are often informative and deal with issues of the day. Apart from all that I love people watching. Perhaps people that love soaps are basically nosey people!!
