Does using concealer count as make-up?

I do use a little bit of that, not often, but, sometimes.

But, nothing other than that.

    I don't wear make up. I own wore make when I took my weddings vows and photos .I was a cat for Halloween.

    Ohh, guy/eyeliner is that the pencil you use to draw on your eyelids?



    A concealer is great, yes. =D

    I do get worried wearing it, though, that someone might notice. =S
