When Im Happy

 im goal oriented .. but when im depressed ... its a totally different situation . Im so down on myself .. I cant do this i cant do that . I cant do anything right .. how am i gonna do this ... Well you guys get the drift .  Im tryin to work really hard to keep myself  happy though .

Maybe you could keep a success journal? Every time you kick *** or fulfill a goal, write it down. And then when you're down in the dumps, read through it :D Corny, I know, but hey, it works for some people!
