I Hate Dr Visits

I know they are great people who take care of us and heal us and blaah, blaah,blaah...but I hate going to the Dr. I just don't want to hear anything negative. I don't want to hear I need to work on this or fix that and that I need to change my habits because I pay attention to my health so to be told that I need to change things, well, it sucks!
I hate taking pills and it seems like they want to give a pill for everything these days. Maybe it's just the way I am! Why do I have to take something to fix one thing with a pill that may mess up six things?! I try my best to avoid medications. If I have to take any medications, I do my best to get off of them as quickly as possible and control things with diet and exercise.
SO, yes I appreciate doctors and all they do. I think I just want to appreciate them from afar! :)

I think we can all relate to this Soul.
I have never had a Doctor make me feel guilty , of felt like im being patronized, and i'm lucky that I never need medication unless it's antibiotics , which is rare.

What I hated most about seeing the doctor was having to see the one and only OBGYN in town, who had zero rapport with his patients. This guy couldn't even look you in the eyes..... he had no problem looking between my legs..LOL...
I guess that is what I was paying him to do , so there wasn't much I could say about it.
