i have gone through a really rough time lately and had minimal support when i needed it, i haven't given up on myself i have two beautiful children and want them to have a way better life than i had..lately all i can think about is just getting our passports and getting on a plane. it is scary but at the same time it makes me feel more empowered and in control. like it the one major choice i would make for myself..

    thank you for your reply, i totlly agree with what you are saying. i have been throught a lot of adversity in life and it has made me a lot stronger. i have a lot of people who come to me for support .

    but recently i faced a problem from my past and as well as it bringing things up it has also started to help me heal and in those moments i feel like i can do anything..

    all i have ever done in my life has been for others i have never been able to receive.

    but now it's like all my choices i make now are the first choices i have made for me and my children.like i have been renewed and i want to do lots of things and it make s me feel really good, i still have the odd day when the past resurfaces but i no i can deal with it..

    i think you are so right dealing with the pain has given me a new lease on life..thankyou for taking the time to give me a lovely reply ;-]
