Drink Up!

you are supposed to drink half your weight in water in ounces. for example, if you are 200 lbs you must drink 100 ozs of water. DO that and you will keep your body well hydrated and healthy. If you add caffeine to the mix like one 16 oz coke then you must drink twice that of water. Add an extra 32 ounces to cancel out the dieretic in the soda. Caffeine makes you lose water, so it will actually drain it of the hydration, It is always good to try to stay well hydrated in the summer especailly because the heat can really make you sick. I try to drink 3-44 ounce cups to keep me hydrated a day. Good luck!

100 oz? How fast? that can be deadly, you know?

All the more reason to wear diapers! If I drank that much water everyday I'd probably pee continuously. <br />

Actually it's great advice, especially when working in the heat.

When working in the heat I have to force myself to drink more water. If i do i'm not as thuristy in the evening.
