Getting Angry of Myself

I'm set on a diet, but it's too hard for me!!!

I can't quit my wrong food habbits, I keep eating cookies, ice-cream and so on...

Please can someone give me a good motivation to stop with this??!!

When I was little, I remember my mom used to always tell me "nothing tastes as good as thin feels." Sometimes I thing about that when I'm tempted to pig out. Also, I find chewing gum or drinking tea is good for cravings, it gives you something sweet to taste and keeps your mouth busy without the caloric catastrophe.
