I Gain Weight Just Like That..

I used to drink and sleep then repeat! I lost like 7 kilos because of that.. I drank mostly soy milk and water..

now with eat and sleep then repeat! I'm packing in 5 kilos easily.. stupid..

rice isnt good cause honestly the whole "bread and grain" being the foundation of our food pyramid for our diets is just retarded. breads keep u full but two much isnt good for u at all

I know I'll be flagged down for this... lmao I've signed up for gym and will try to control my diet.. I eat a lot of rice and soy based product.. rice is not good..

eat, drink, exercise, exist, sleep might be a better regimen for you, especially if you'd like to keep the weight down while being healthy and not destroying yourself.
