If I skip breakfast I turn into a bear, and I don't mean the cuddly kind.

I'm awake at 3:30 AM every morning so I have to eat enough to sustain me for a while.

Normally, I eat a banana, some type of nuts, and yogurt.  I top that off with anything with a little extra protein and I'm all set.
