I Eat Healthy
I like to eat really healthy. I try to stay away from eating out and eating fried foods. Once in a while I'll treat myself. But i mostly cook grilled and steamed foods. And then when I do go out to eat, I pick the healthier choices like subway...I make an exception for Panda Express (Chinese Food) Yummy! I love carbs...but again....I control myself. So I eat bagels with cream cheese, Fettuccine Alfredo and other pastas, and pastries once in a while. I love white rice but now eat brown rice. My diet consist of mostly vegetarian foods. But I eat seafood and poultry once in a while. I don't eat processed frozen foods, sodas or consume sugar. Don't use too much salt either...just a lot of seasonings. I buy organic when I can. I plan to start juicing soon. I need to buy a juicer first though. I do love cheese though....real cheese not vegetarian and I drink Soy or almond milk. I try to drink a lot of water too. I'm kinda strict on what i eat...but once in a while will eat something like Pizza, fried food, pastas, chips, chocholate and I'm in heaven
