Eat healthy snacks between your meals to balance your calorie intake
I eat apples bananas any favorite fruit
I eat peanuts roasted raisins, I love to also eat rice cakes.
Fresh vegetables are great like baby carrots,celery sticks etc.
I try to take a healty snack with me everyday where ever I go to keep me from
picking up junk foods. Plus if you drink water with the snacks it helps hold you over to your next meal
