At Least I Try To, MostlyI made the switch to Organic Eggs and Milk mostly because of my vegetarianism and the belief that if I won't eat a chicken because of how it's raised, I shouldn't eat the eggs of that chicken. So I eat organic free-range eggs and organic milk. (Milk based on the same principals, just replace chicken with cow, egg with milk)
It's more expensive, but at least my money is going toward something I believe in, not just making agriculture into industrial.
And really, most things just taste better organic.
I bought some Newman's Own Organic Russet Potatoes because they were on sale at Meijer's this week and they are the best potatoes I think I've ever tasted. Yum!
I made my first batch of Organic Tapioca pudding today. Hopefully it turns out well.
Besides, maybe I'll lose some weight if I can't afford to buy lots of food.
