I Absolutely Love It :o

I don't know what it is with me and raw cookie dough, but I find it delicious. My mom went to pick up pizzas one day for us, because it is just me and my mom who live at home, and she didn't feel like making supper. And, we wanted pizza. Well, I ordered the Vegetarian Special, which is absolutely the BEST pizza I have ever eaten. I am not even kidding. Well, there was a coupon in from a previous order for a free side order of cookie dough. I kid you not. Apparently, normal people, unlike myself have the idea to get the cookie dough in an intention to actually bake the cookies from it and eat them. Not me. My favorite type of cookie dough is chocolate chip. I could eat some of it everyday. In fact, I have a log of it in the fridge right now, that I haven't opened because I have already an opened log of peanut butter cookie dough. However, as much as I thought I would love the peanut butter cookie dough, I don't. It's okay, but let's face it, it just doesn't hold a candle to classic chocolate chip. So, yeah I have this log of Pillsbury extra soft peanut butter cookie dough in the refrigerator. There it sits, because I don't feel like eating it. I like my cookie dough to have some type of texture to it, which the peanut butter one does not. It is soft, and moist, and incredibly overly sweet, and it feels like it just melts in your mouth. I'm not impressed. I like chocolate chip cookie dough because it has the different texture of the chocolate chips. Combined with the smoothness of the actual dough, it makes a classic combo. Superb in my opinion. I swear, some of the groups I find here that I myself can actually relate to, I am so surprised because who would know there was a group out there for people who eat raw cookie dough? The funniest thing about eating raw cookie dough is that it specifically says on the package to please not eat it! I find that hilarious. And what I find even more comical is the fact that my preference for cookies is very low. I do not really like cookies. But I absolutely love cookie dough. I think that is just so odd. LOL so just for another rant about raw cookie dough, I wanted to try something a little bit different a few weeks ago. I didn't have any cookie dough left in the fridge, but I did have some packages of premade cookie mixes stashed in a box. All you do really is add an egg and some margarine. Nothing to it, I opened up the gingerbread package. I made the cookie dough, and figured it would be delicious. I couldn't have been more wrong!! The cookie dough turned into this sort of globby goop, because I think it was old. And, the gingerbread cookie dough tasted horrible. I didn't know what to do. I couldn't eat it, and I didn't want to make cookies out of it. So, I packed it into a refrigerator bowl, When my mom came home I asked her if she wanted to taste the cookie dough. She said okay and said that it tasted good. Since then I don't know what has happened to the cookie dough. It might still be in the fridge. And, since then I have the soft peanut butter cookie dough, and the chocolate chip....yet to be opened ;)

I also prefer the dough over baked cookies. My fav is brownie batter. That is my major comfort food. So good that I am willing to risk salmonella. Thanks for sharing your story.

Lol no problem thanks for reading :D
