I Eat Too Much
Lately (the past couple months or so) I have been really noticing how much I really am eating. Like for some reason it has just been out of control... Take today, for instance: 6 mini banana nut muffins, about a half a bag of sunflower seeds, 3 bowls of cereal, about two servings of turkey w/ gravy, about 1 1/2 cup of vegetables, about 2 cups of chicken flavored rice, about 1 1/2 cups of potatoes, and just now about a cup of pudding. Oh my god. And this is almost a normal day for me. (sometimes much worse) The part that bugs me the most, though, is the fact that with each new thing throughout the day, I am thinking the whole time about how I am not hungry (because I really am not, most likely) and how I am trying to cut back and need to not eat anything else and get a glass of water or something instead. And then after I have eaten the new addition, I feel terrible, not just mentally, but physically. It is awful. It is almost like I am doing it against my own will.......
