The Most Common Thing I Do When I'm Bored...I just walk downstairs and look around in the kitchen for something to eat... no mather what... cold noodles that are left over from lunch, chocolate(although i hate chocolate), some cookies, chewing gum, fruits, carrots or cucumbers, muesli.. just something eatable (does this word exist?)..
and then I wonder why I weigh too much.. So I get quite depressed and angry and so I start to eat again..
Like a vicious circle..
