Balls Of Light

So far I've had two experience with weird lights since living in my first apartment.

The first time was about 2 years ago. My boyfriend went to turn on the light in the kitchen, while I sat on the couch.  The light didn't work, so he flicked it on and off a few times... the suddenly a very bright ball of light appeared (possibly from the wall) and shot up into the ceiling. He had the best view of it, IDK how the fcuk to explain that one. It was white, about 5 inches in diameter, and it only, lasted a few seconds.

The second time I was laying down in bed, looking out the window.  I turned over and was just chillin, then I noticed several balls of light in the corner of the room near the door. At first glance, I thought they were car lights or something, but soon realized that cannot be the case.  Mainly because the angle was not right, they were too white/bright, and their shape/form.

My eyesight sucks, especially without my glasses. After focusing I noted that there were about 7 or so, sorta small maybe 3 inches in diameter, close together, moving slowly.  I watched them for about  60-30 seconds, then they dissolved away one by one. I tried to wake up my boyfriend, but he didn't really understand what was going on an instead yelled at me for waking him!

We have noises in the bedroom EVERY NIGHT. The furniture always makes this popping, knocking noise... which never happen before (I've had the same dressers an what not since I was little) The metal closet doors also pop.  It use to go around the room... the door, the dresser, the other dresser, but that hasn't happen in about a year now. Sometimes it sounds like animals are running around on the floor, but they are all locked up every night. The moving noises have always happen, even when I still lived at my parents.
