Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a physical sensation characterized by a pleasurable tingling that typically begins in the head and scalp, and often moves down the spine and through the limbs.

Also known as : AIHO (Attention induced head ******), AIE (Attention induced euphoria), or simply "head *******"/"head tingles".

My best way so far to achieve this is by watching videos on "You Tube"...it usually takes a number of different videos to find the right one.
I'm not sure if everyone can experience this, and I didn't believe it at first...but eventually I did find one that gave me the sensation. I use it to relax or to help me fall asleep...it works like a charm.

I usually dont experance it in my head i usually expereance it on the right side of my back near my ribs. Especially With Sk sounds and breathing in ears its always when the sound is in my right ear. I also really like makeup roll play and when they mess with brushes.
