Invictus- William Ernest Henley

I really love this poem, especially as it was recited in the film 'Invictus' by Nelson Mandela (Morgan Freeman).
It's really inspirational and tells you to stay strong.

Out of the night that covers me
Black as the pit from pole to pole
I thank whatever God may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I've neither winced nor cried out loud
Under the bludgeoning of chance
My head is bloodied but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the horror of the shade
Yet the menace of the years
Finds and shall find me unafraid.

It matters not how straight the gate
Or how charged with punishments the scroll
I am the master of my fate
I am the Captain of my soul.
