I don't understand why you don't get the respect and recognition you deserve. If they keep passing you by and treating you like that you should consider getting another job. Your job shouldn't make you depressed. You are too good for that. Try to talk to them first before you decide what to do. Keep going up the ladder until you get to the top. Start with your senior manager. If he can't help go the next level up. If he can't help you and things don't improve then go up another step. Make sure you do this because if you go straight to the top there might be repercussions . I hope this helped. Have a great day.

Please help me understand this situation, I am a top performing manager,though very young and never married. In both my previous and current organization my bosses do not like me for no reason- am very descent and does things very right?
