It's Who I Am

I beleive that the most important thing is love; loving yourself - appreciating who you are.  I believe in loving the planet, loving your higher power (what or whoever that is) and loving your neighbour.

The way I express that love for my neighbours is to help them in large and small ways.  I volunteer (or will be soon) at a distress centre, but beyond that I do the small things that make a difference.

I think that it's those small things that are sometimes more important than the larger ones, even if there is no appreciation for them.  Things like letting someone in front of you when you are driving, holding the door for someone and just saying thank you to someone who has served you are important.  It's these little things that make a difference every day.
