'm going to the Utah Shakespeare Festival (www.bard.org) tomorrow! It's an annual all-summer festival with three Shapespeare plays, a musical, a comedy, and a modern play. Six plays in five days--it's wonderful. They offer backstage tours, sometimes pre-play lectures, a Green Show before the evening Shakespeare play, which is put on in a replica of the old Globe Theatre--and it's all in Cedar City, Utah, a beautiful little college town.
This year they're presenting As You Like It, Henry V, and Comedy of Errors; I haven't seen any of these on stage, only as movies, so I'm really looking forward to it.
Does anyone want me to post reviews when I get back?
