I Enjoy the Different and Strange and the Shiny
I borrowed a quote from the animated version of "Mrs Frisby and the Rats from NIMH". The clumsy young crow who couldn't resist a "sparkly".
I can't resist them either. I see something sparkling or shining, my eyes get wide & I have to investigate. It's usually nothing, but sometimes it is something strange.
On the other hand, my eyes also get big when I see a sparkly piece of jewelry. Heehee, what can I say, I am a sterling silver, gem junkie.
