Regular Workouts

I exercise regularly.  For me, its a tonic for all the stuff that life throws at you.  I've walked, run and cycled for years.

A few months ago, I joined the local gym and haven't looked back.  Now, I go there first thing in the morning, do a warm up, then weights for around 40-50 minutes, followed by some cardio - usualy running and/or swimming.  Great way to start the day, and I can see the improvement! :)

dk, sounds like a plan. :) I find the gym at the start of the day seems to have a lasting effect all day. In any case, it builds up a positive energy. :)
