Hello Guys!

So you know i am on a diet.I go to gym and keep diet.I hope my posts will motivate one of you.Like other people stories and answers gave me powers to fight being overweight.So i think i lost some cm on my hips,i feel better.I go to gym and do 1h cardio+ exercise arms and legs a little.I do abs at home(im pretty shy to do it at the gym because i am fat and i cant bend right,but i'm going to improve that). So i put some good music that inspires me(Ricky Martin is very inspireing and makes me happy).I put on some baggy pants and a nice tight top to feel sexy and i did push ups (knee pushups are pretty useful for when u want to do the real ones) and abs.
I have patience,i ate a few cookies these 3 weeks but i try to eat less and im doing it.I will in months stop with sweets forever.But by now i cannot.

I know it's hard but hang in there,be patient no matter how much you have to loose.It will be worth it!
