I worry way too much and it completely stresses me out. It's exhausting. I get way too emotionally invested into things, I worry about people who will actually tell me that things are okay and that I don't need to worry, and sometimes I think way too much about problems which leads to just bouts of intense worrying.
A few friends here know I'm already having what looks like to be stress induced chest pain and headaches..these two things need to stop happening and the only things I need to do to fix myself are
