    I agree totally coyotegray. It's like when my wife comes home and tells me problems that she's facing. I may interrupt with suggestions to solve things and she gets mad, saying "I just want to tell you how tough things are. I don't need your suggestions"! And, she's right. I think that applies to EP too, as you've said.

    Release - letting go of the things that weigh on us and discmfit us. Ep provides that option. I think it is at it's best then. But, people must acknowledge. They do not need to say more than "That's too bad. Sorry that happened to you. Sorry you feel that way". That is enough to free you of a portion of youor burden.
