Blood Draw

I learned at an early age not to look at the needle going in to my skin... I was about 8 years old and the nurse was performing a blood test on me. I, idiotically, decided to watch this whole thing happen. I was fine, fine, fine.... and then AFTER she was done... I started to get ringing in my ears, my vision went to black and white, my heart started pounding out of my chest, and before I could say anything to my dad, who was right in front of me, I passed out.

I've never watched it again... and I've been OK. But that was an unforgettable experience.
