Smile When You're Sad

I always find myself faking it till I make it. When my anxiety or
depression gets really bad, I dont want to annoy anybody or drag them down, so I shove all those feelings way deep down inside. I still feel the emotions but dont let them present themselves and affect others. I smile and pretend Im having a good time when I feel I should.

I cant help but stay in bed and become very quiet when I am depressed, which lets everyone know I am depressed. Its so hard to get out of bed and get ready. But if I forced myself to do it, I could fake it till I made it. And trust me, you always do make it.
