Why Fear the Innevitable

Death.. Died... Die....Dead.....

Why be afraid of something that we will all have to go through...? Is it the fear of the unknown..? or the question's of afterlife..? reincarnation..? spirits..? heaven..?  hell..? What is that that makes it so..? Many of us spend our lives wanting to die wanting to 'end it all' but when ever actually faced with it most will shun away...? why is it at funerals we mourn the loss but don't celebrate the life...?  Only a few of the many.. many.. many.. questions i have about the matter... i myself am yes afraid of death maybe its because i don't know whats going to happen... Maybe its because it permanent not like a bad choice you can make and correct..  Or move on and get over......its FOREVER... and forever is an awfully long time...;)

I cant even begin to imagine the magnitude of death itself at times... I  personally have lost people who were near and dear to me and its hard for me to think or try to even imagine  them as really gone....  Its much more comforting to think that they are in heaven looking down and watching over.. But is that why we believe...? So we don't feel alone So that we feel that there is more than this...?  Its hard to comprehend that we just might be all alone...

wonderfully put...you wise beyond your years...

I see it like this. Accept death as an inevitable event in your life, and try to live helping people out when they need it. You shouldn't worry on an inevitable event, only on events that you can shape and change for the betterment of you and others.
