My science God can't hear me.  I see no point in the "then and there" and I'm tired of the "here and now"  I hope that this is just today.  I've had days like this before.  Some last longer some don't.  I plan on focusing on something simple and concrete until it passes.  My feet! That's what I'll do. I'll stare at my feet until they move in the right direction.

I do remember my creative writing teacher saying a plank page is the writers worst enemy. If nothing else start putting down flow of conscious until you FEEL some spark of emotion. That spark of emotion is the start of a possible vain that could lead to the motherload…DD

I do believe that what you're doing is a way to get some perspective. Going the simple route can help so much when you're feeling down. It's an extremely complex world out there but inside yourself you can always find peace if you look inward. Hope you're feeling better man!

You know it is easily said, but hard to do........but if you can "trick/train" your brain to direct it's focus to something simple as you did, it helps stop the process of thinking about the negative thing that I think is odd is that when we feel happy we question why should I be in a good mood, etc and we analyze it and end up many times discounting it, but when we feel bad/sad....we just accept it....I have been learning to try to question and argue about the sad days more and accept the happy days.........I hope this makes sense.......good luck
