I Feel Fat

I feel too fat since 15 years.  This year  I made my peace with the situation. 

And what miracle:   I lost some pounds in the last weeks... ??!!

    congratulations :) I think sometimes when we focus on something too intently, we only end up disappointed. Try to focus more on your overall health and I bet more weight loss will come your way. Good luck.
