I feel huge, no one calls me fat, or ugly. I'm 5'5 at 120-125lbs and my tummy isn't flat, my thighs touch, I just feel unattractive. My boyfriend doesn't understand it, he's a lover of many body types. So when I say say how I feel about my body sometimes he get really confused. Sometimes I feel sexy and other times just fat, I don't get it. I try to work out and only drink water but other 16 year olds can eat whatever they want and sit around and not gain an ounce and I'm just sick of feeling this way. I wish I knew how to over come it.

You are not fat. at all. I'm 5'2" and 120 lbs and I'm not fat. Sometimes I feel like I am but I know that I'm a healthy weight. Its normal to sometimes feel that way. Sometimes I feel fat and sometimes I feel attractive, but I know I'm a healthy weight.

This is just about the story of my life. Thanks for writing this, it makes me feel not as alone out there. Have a good day!

There are many of us actually, but kinship is always nice. Only thing we can do is try and overcome the negative body image we hold of ourselves -shrug- I'm glad you liked it

It's all about self perception. I'm 5'9; 17 and 132lbs. I'd consider myself 'thin', but some days I look at my stomach ( usually days I'd been eating ) and develop an awful perception and start to feel awful. If you want to feel good, try fasting certain foods. I do water fasts to control my eating habits and I feel great.

Just try and take it a step at a time.

Thank you so much, I'm glad you understand and I'll try and take your advice(: I really appreciate it

Anytime !
