Starvation?

I love food. It's extremely addictive. I've watched myself gain pound after pound. I watched my skin stretch. I find myself repulsive. how do i deal with it? I enduldge myself with ben and jerry's. This doesn't help my body growth issue. No, it encourages it. Everytime i take a bite of anything, whether its pizza, or an apple, i look at myself and feel disgusted. Sometimes i feel like starving myself, but the results will never come fast enough. I hate eating in public because people judge me. I just miss the days when i use to be 5'5' and weigh 105 pounds. Thats my goal. i hope i can reach it.

Aim to not eat after 7PM. You can eat anything you want during the day, just not after 7PM. This is what I started doing. I don't eat after 7PM and I don't eat before 9AM. Between 9 and 7, I try to eat four meals, each containing a fruit AND a vegetable, as well as a small piece of protein: I find my favorite is a tuna sandwich (using Greek yogurt instead of mayo) on whole wheat bread with tomato and lettuce, plus a cup of strawberries, is my favorite lunch probably ever.
Don't starve yourself. I used to try that and it only leads to more disappointment and guilt when you get so hungry you eat ANYTHING. Try to eat in moderation. I make Sunday a cheat day: I can have a bowl of ice cream for a snack and spaghetti for dinner. That way you can still indulge.
It takes time to lose weight; it's not instantaneous. When you feel like eating (but aren't hungry), try listening to music and dancing instead; or write in a journal about how you feel right then; or go outside for a walk around the block.
Good luck!

Where I live there are identical twins who both have anorexia so badly that they completely look like they are in their 70's or 80's when really they are about my age (30's). Because they are sick, they can't get/keep a job or function properly... (however they still go jogging to burn off more weight..)
Here's an article about them:
I've seen these girls walking around town and they really look like walking skeletons. I'm not exactly skinny but after seeing those girls, it makes me enjoy my food more!
The most important thing is to eat healthy food, drink plenty of water and and exercise regularly....
