I Feel Like A Burden

how could i not? the only time people attempt to speak to me is when theyre asking what my problem. my teacher tried to get involved, she got to know my problems, and now every time she looks at me, i see this look in her eyes like "i dont know what to do"
and it seems cery clear that the only time i am wanted is when im needed to do something for someone, and that apparently means anything.

anything.

though i feel like if i werent here, it would be so much easier for my so called family.

    There is nothing wrong with you probably, other than you are young and growing up, and going into unfamiliar territory. Find what you are passionate about and pursue it. That will give you a purpose and provide you with a goal. We all need something to work towards. Try different things in your search for your passion. It is fun doing the search and that is what this time of life is for...finding out what makes you happy!



    Try to find something that you never tried before. Writing, learning to paint or draw, making movies, running for public office, planning events...meet new people in the process, of all ages. My son, when he was 15, found out that he liked to raise plants and flowers...he went to work at a plant nursery to learn more. He was the youngest guy there, by 15 years. Made friends for life.

    Your teacher looks at you like that because she obviously cares and wants to help you. If you could express to her what you need, it would help her know how to help you find it.



    And, no, it would be soooo much worse for your family if they did'nt have you. I know. I have lost a child, and there is nothing i wnat, even after 20 years, more than to be able to hold him in my arms. There is nothing that your family and friends want more than for you to meet your full promise and potential.



    I don't know everything, but i know this much is true: you mean everything to someone in this world.
