Would you care to explain to me what "EP's new privacy restrictions" are about? I want to know more. All I know is that I have noticed a lot of people have restriction on their profile so I can't view their profile without being their friend. And I can't send them a message either so the only way to get to know them is by having a conversation with them in the comments for a story and to ask them there if they would please add you to their circle.
