I noticed that lately, I've been feeling this way with my friends. It's as if I've forgotten what to say, like I've forgotten how to socialize. Then I just start to wonder how did I start a conversation with them before. Do you have those moments when you wonder the whole point of what you do? That's me socializing with them sometimes, especially when they talk about topics I don't get or leave me out in.

It's hard for me, to be around them, but still talk to them. It's exhausting. It's tiring for me to actually try to initiate a conversation with them.

Maybe it'll pass over the weekend, I don't know... I really hope it will, though. Does anyone else have the same experience?

You could be over-analysing the conversations, so you become filled with a myriad of thoughts and are not able to communicate what you feel about the topic because you have all these other thoughts in your mind that are occupying your attention instead. You should just relax and be in the moment, if you don't have a lot of knowledge of what they're talking about-you could just ask questions and form a conversation that way.

You have a minor problem, nothing to get too worried about. I hope this helped you-stay happy. :)

I found this ask.fm that seems to help people with advice. I just thought I should tell people. www.ask.fm/StepIntoMyOffice
