I Understand....

I've been in that place many times. Infact I used to fantisize about how I'd do it and when. I used to wish I'd get hit by a car or lose control while I was driving and it would kill me. I completely understand how and why people feel like this. But I'll tell you something...it's not the answer. It took me a long time and a lot of help from some excellent people but I'm finally happy and I finally know that life is VERY worth living. It's a gift...truely a gift...don't take this gift away from yourself...you'll regret it. You'll regret it more then it'll do you any good. That I promise you.

you can't regret if you're dead

You are exactly right, you know. There have been many times in my life where I wanted to just drive my car into the river or go out into the wilderness with a gun (and no intention of coming back), but I never did...I never did. <br />

Life is what we make it. It takes a lot of effort and hard work to keep a positive fr<x>ame of mind and not resort back to the "I-wish-I-were-dead" aspect every time things seem to fall apart. It's worth it, though, in the long run. The struggles and obstacles we face make us stronger.
