Tense Body, Several Factors
Sometimes it's stress, anxiety, nervousness, and worry. Now days, I feel my body tense up, my breathing getting shallower and harder. I keep on reminding myself mentally to let go, breathe, and relax my shoulders and neck area. If I keep getting tense then I don't know how much my body can take the punishment. I don't want to end up in the Emergency Room. I am going to try to practice yoga, meditation techniques to calm my body and spirit down. Here goes the start of not being sore.
