Quite Often

Quite often lately, I feel overwhelmed by just normal life activities.

It seems like there is too much going on, more than I have energy for.  Too many appointments, meetings, stuff going on during the week when I'm already tired from working.  Then the weekends are booked solid with activities that have no rest, no freetime.

Also, too much drama in my life.  Everything is such a big deal, both at work and at home. 

I think what I need to do is simplify and organize.  Planning would help a great deal too.  If I planned some of the stuff that has to get done without double booking myself, then maybe it would be easier to deal with the stuff that just pops up.

Does anyone else feel this way?  How do you juggle all of lifes activities?

Try to prioritize, and don't be afraid to say, Sorry I just don't have the time. No, can't do it. Give yourself a little breather even 15 minutes to rest your mind. Good Luck

I gave mine all up, but I don't recommend that as your first course of action :P
